We have found many are not as a good as they should for efficiency and best symmetry. On this page we will go over some of the most important kitchen design steps to think about. We will also show you how our 3D design prosses works, and what you can expect if you decide to partner with us for your kitchen construction or remodel project.

Kitchen Style/Aesthetic

What is the overall look you are trying to achieve with your kitchen? Do you want it to fit in to the architecture of your area? Maybe your house is on a lake so your goal is a “lake Kitchen”. This would include lighter color or shades of cabinets, maybe a white shiplap ceiling. A nautical themed island, with dark blue, or natural walnut cabinets. For the backsplash do you want to match the countertop, to keep a sleek look. Or do a glass tile that has the colors and shades of water. As you can see every kitchen design has its own characteristics, colors and styles that make it unique.

Main Kitchen Design Use

Another major design choose, is how you’d like to use your kitchen. What do you envision as the key function your kitchen will be used for? Is the main goal cooking big meals? Or do you foresee it as a space people will be gathering and spending a lot of time in. Does it need to have a large amount of seating, benches, or stools. Will the dinning table be incorporated in the kitchen? Do you want bar seating? Will there be a TV visible for big games, that you’d like include. Deciding the main purpose for you kitchen will help lead the design in the right direction.

What to expect when designing with us!

• 1. Read and blogs and content on our website. Look at the kitchen pictrues on our website for ideas and inspiration.
• 2. An in home kitchen design consultation, during this we will discuses your over all vision, and goal of your new kitchen.
• 3. We will look at your past kitchen to help draw inspiration. Eaither positive or negative.
• 4. Also, choosing 2 or 3 key features that are a “must have” for you.
• 5. Next, we will decide what style of kitchen you would like European, Frameless, Shaker, Modern, traditional, classic, ect.
• 6. Then we will take measurements of the room, and sketch out a format. Putting tape on the floor so you can easily visualize the layout is a good idea.
• 7. From here we will make you a 3D drawing that is to scale, showing all angles of how the new kitchen will look.
• 8. Tells us what you like and what you want changed.
• 9. For the few final design changes, we can meet with you or do a zoom call. During this time we will make an final changes to the design and drawing right in front of you.
• 10. Finally after everything is clearly understood, and there is no confusion. We will start the ordering prosses and your kitchen will officialy be started!
